PT MNC Guna Usaha Indonesia held a Marketing Trainee Program as a provision of knowledge related to PT MNC Guna Usaha Indonesia's products and business which was given to Marketing Trainees for 5 days (23 August 2023 – 29 August 2023) located at iNews, MNC Kebon Sirih.
The Marketing Trainee Program is intended for prospective employees who have potential, especially in the field of marketing, with experience under one year or non-experience (Fresh Graduate). The existence of this training is designed so that prospective employees master the implementation of marketing such as company SOPs, negotiation skills, selling skills and can form marketing trainees with character, work ethic, and skills according to the needs and culture of PT MNC Guna Usaha Indonesia.
Marketing Trainees are also expected to be able to develop marketing strategies and create measurable, effective deliverable action plans and be able to properly implement marketing programs that are already running at PT MNC Guna Usaha Indonesia.
"A Marketing Trainee must have extensive business knowledge and be able to understand sales and marketing strategies in order to know the right steps to gain profits for the company, so that they can understand the main business processes of PT MNC Guna Usaha Indonesia," said Miron Durait Panjaitan, Director of PT MNC Indonesian Enterprises.
