Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree Accounting or Tax.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Knowledge : Financial Software (Ex: MYOB, Sunfish, dll), tax provisions related to the company's business, OJK regulations related to their fields.
Responsibilities
Checking petty cash balances and ensure the balance accordance with the number in the financial statements.
Create working papers of all branches petty cash.
Reconciliations daily bank balance those recorder in the general ledger and current accounts.
Create subledger for down payment accounts (advancements for asset purchases, advances for business travel, advances for settelments and other advances.
Create working papers/subledgers and monitor AR Restructure,
Prepare working papers for prepaid expenses (rent, renovation, vehicle insurance, health insurance, parking, etc.).
