Requirements
  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
  2. Experience in multifinance, banking, leasing, or Heavy Equipment financing is an advantage.
  3. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Target-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  5. Possess a valid driving license (SIM A) and able to drive.
  6. Willing to be placed across Indonesia.
  7. Having a network or connections in the heavy equipment industry is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  1. Achieve business targets and company profitability.
  2. Conduct acquisition and development of new B2B customers.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
  4. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate financing solutions.
  5. Develop and manage the Heavy Equipment financing portfolio.
  6. Monitor portfolio quality and customer payment performance.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financing processes.
